These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TrainingVault.co LLC. By creating an account or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements. If registering on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized activity.
TrainingVault.co is a SaaS platform for gyms, coaches, and training businesses. Services may include:

By selecting a subscription plan, you authorize TrainingVault to charge applicable fees through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain ownership of all content you upload. You grant TrainingVault a non-exclusive license to host and display your content solely to operate the platform.
You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to your content.
All TrainingVault trademarks, logos, and platform features are the property of TrainingVault.co LLC.
You agree not to use the platform to upload unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in illegal activity.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
TrainingVault.co LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You agree to indemnify and hold TrainingVault harmless from claims arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion. Upon termination, your access ceases immediately and certain sections of these Terms survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Saratoga County, New York.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TrainingVault.co LLC.

TrainingVault.co LLC does not provide, license, or control any music that may be captured in videos uploaded by gyms, coaches, or their members. Any music present in a video is the sole responsibility of the uploading gym or user. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any music, audio, or other copyrighted material contained in your content.
TrainingVault operates as a hosting platform and does not review or monitor uploaded content for copyrighted material. Under applicable safe‑harbor provisions, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), TrainingVault is not liable for copyrighted music or other protected works included in user‑generated content.
If TrainingVault receives a valid copyright complaint, takedown notice, or legal request regarding any video, we may remove or disable access to the content in question. We reserve the right to notify the uploading gym or user and request additional information or documentation regarding their rights to the material.
TrainingVault will comply with all lawful takedown requests and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content.
