I understand that my gym is solely responsible for all content uploaded to our TrainingVault account, whether uploaded by owners, coaches, or members. If a member uploads a video and a coach approves it, my gym assumes full responsibility for that content. I acknowledge that TrainingVault is a hosting platform and is not the creator, owner, or publisher of any gym content.

I agree not to upload or allow the upload of any content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights or safety of any individual. I understand that TrainingVault does not provide medical or professional advice, and any instructional content uploaded by my gym is solely our responsibility.

I acknowledge that TrainingVault disables downloading and sharing features within the platform; however, I understand that no system can prevent users from capturing or recording content through external software or screen‑recording tools. My gym accepts full responsibility for any risks associated with sharing video content online.

I acknowledge that access to my TrainingVault account, including all videos and member access, may be suspended or disabled if my gym’s subscription becomes inactive or unpaid. I understand that TrainingVault may remove or restrict access to content if required for legal, safety, or policy reasons.

I agree that my gym is responsible for any claims or disputes arising from the content we upload, and that TrainingVault is not liable for issues related to our videos, permissions, or member activity.
